Metro Manila Toastmasters Club happily bade goodbye to 2009, literally with a “wine and a song”. On December 12 at  Meralco Ortigas,  MMTMC officers and members attended the Division A Christmas Party, where they also performed a rousing song number with other clubs from Area 2. Lots of games, gifts and dancing followed, as Toastmasters from Division A had a chance to bond and get to know each other better.

Then, at its last meeting for the year on December 14, MMTMC poured out the red wine to toast the achievements of 2009 and usher in good tidings for 2010.

The Metro Manila Toastmasters Club (MMTMC) jumpstarted the Yuletide season as it held its annual Christmas Party on December 14, 2009 at the lovely residence of Club Secretary Jaime Singson, CC-CL, at West Triangle, Quezon City. The red and green-themed party was attended by some 30 MMTMC members, guests from other TM Clubs, and a few coming from as far as Korea and the United Kingdom. The food was delicious, the wine flowed, there were games and gifts galore, and the camaraderie was as warm as ever.
