It was a night of fun fellowship, great dancing, and elegantly dressed people, as the Metro Manila Toastmasters Club (MMTMC) held its 29th Induction Ceremonies, dubbed “GAB & FAB”, last June 28, 2008. The Acacia Party Place in San Juan City was the venue for the fabulous gabfest and ballroom dance party to usher in the new set of MMTMC officers for 2008-2009.

Graciously hosted by TM Ana Agabin, the event opened with a thanksgiving prayer by ACB-CL Efren Reyes, and the singing of the national anthem by ACS Tootz Dela Torre. After a delicious dinner, the formal ceremonies started with the discharging of responsibilities of the 2007-2008 officers by outgoing Division A Governor Ellen Amar, ACG. (more…)
